The hotel grounds & pool areas are lovely, especially the sunbeds, but the ground throughout the resort was very uneven & the steps leading to our room were broken and dangerous. There was also no pool bar service as we had been told to expect, so we had to constantly go to the bar ourselves. Staff throughout the hotel were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. At dinner around 8:15pm, there was very little hot food left and what remained was cold. The restaurant itself was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making the experience unpleasant. At breakfast, basic items such as butter had run out; when we asked a waiter, we were simply told it was “finished” without any attempt to resolve it, although we later managed to find some at another station. In addition, our plates and coffee cups were repeatedly taken away before we had finished, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. The room itself was nice, comfortable with clean beds, but it was very poorly lit, making it feel quite dark and impractical. Snack Bar staff were also unhelpful. We were told it was forbidden to take food to our room, yet we saw Turkish guests doing so on multiple occasions. The entertainment was also very disappointing and not what we expected from a 4 Star hotel. It felt childish with low effort, involving audience participation games rather than proper shows such as live music or a fire performance. Overall, for what was meant to be a special 1-night birthday stay it was very disappointing.

Rooms are really old, they have to insect larvae, chipped wood, very small rooms, and they smelled really unpleasant

The room we had was like a cave, no air conditioning or windows (temperature 37 degrees). It was extremely hot all night. We specifically requested a quiet room but we’re placed directly under the restaurant. The scraping of trolleys and tables, moving cutlery, crockery etc. started from 6am then music playing from 7.30am. An electrical fault on the first night meant the lights flashed on every 40 seconds. There was only one plug socket in the room, the door frames had paint pealing off and several fittings in the bathroom were broken. The reception staff refused our request to move rooms and we had no apology or explanation from anyone throughout our stay. Very little sleep meant it was far from the relaxing holiday we thought we’d booked at a ‘deluxe’ hotel!

The food and entertainment is very good. The staff un the restaurant and some bar staff are very good. The entertainment Erol is fantadtic and makes your holiday.

How beautiful it was and how friendly the staff was, it was so perfect and clean and the FOOOD WAS AMAZINGGG!!! My favorite place ever

The hotel located in very nice place, it's has wonderful view. Hotel really old and need renovation. Breakfast normal, I had all what I need to be well-fed.

Amazing! Loveley location, friendly helpful staff. We wished we could stay longer
