空と緑と海が客室から広がります！ 控えめにいっても素晴らしい。 ごはん、お風呂、はカンペキ！！ パフェや風呂上りのアイス、ドリンク、足湯、ウェルカムドリンク、ほんのり香るアロマも素晴らしい！！！ ホテル側のセンスがいろんなところで光っています。

流行りの古い施設を、綺麗にしてなんちゃっておしゃれホテルにしただけ笑 この、ビジネスモデル方々でやってるけど、早く廃れてくれんかなぁって思う。 チェックインから、ウェルカムドリンク、ハッピーアワーなどおもてなしせてますぜ感が、飽きました笑 ただの、省人化で本来ホテル側が行う仕事をお客に振ってるだけ。 客室見てごらん。綺麗に見えて天井のクロスは汚い。

The room was clean , the staffs were very professional and did great job . We enjoyed every moment while staying in Soratoniwa Atami Izusan .

晴れてはいなかったけれど、眺めも良かったです。 足湯に入りながら、

お料理が良かった。 お部屋の洗面台にしか鏡がない。 メイクのための、鏡と椅子があったら良かった。

部屋の冷蔵庫に、フリードリンク(地産チューハイとジュース)があり、ありがたい。最近は、食事はブュッフェスタイルが多い中、コースを持って来てくれるし、飲み物代込みでリーズナブルな宿泊代だと思う。おまけに、時間設定はあるようですが、無料のパフェタイムがあるようです。(2泊したのに、食べれなかったのが心残り)

Check in process was not foreign friendly. The room was very old style with no private bath/ shower. Furniture with slight damage and worn carpet. 1960-1970-ish hotel. Hotel app needs work, not easy to use. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Indoor and outdoor hot spring bath were nice.

総合的にはとても満足いく宿だったのですが、一つだけ残念だったのが、朝食のフレンチトースト。パートナーが食べていたものはしっかり卵液が染み込んだトロトロのフレンチトーストでしたが、私のは半分も染み込んでなく卵液を塗ったトーストのようでした。 それまでの様々なサービスがとても良かっただけに、とても残念でした。

お食事、温泉、お部屋、サービス共に良かったです。一人旅でも楽しく過ごせました。

I found the price quite expensive, and for that price I would expect everything to be perfect. And almost everything was. Food was amazing, service impeccable and it was the newest and classiest ryokan I've ever been to. Everyone I interacted with showed will to try and communicate in English. View from the lobby and the room would have been amazing if it wasn't cloudy. The driver from the shuttle was very kind and chatty and explained things along the way, even making two small detours to show us a temple and a scenic view spot. Only things I could say would be: -there are only few shuttles to and from the train station, so book in advance to avoid bad surprises or losing 30min. -the waitress did burn a little bit too much the caramel over our Creme brulee for our taste...
