Great location with a friendly staff, comfortable room and good food & drink.

Fantastic place away from tourist crowds but n quiet neighborhood but only 25 minute walk to town. Huge room and delicious meals, we will stay here again!

The location was superb and the staff very helpful.

What they did they did very well. I like the existence of a fitness center. It’s either there or it’s not. They don’t have one. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more attentive.

The Raeburn is located in a very lively neighborhood. The property and rooms have a very boho feel to them. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. My main complaint is that the rooms are right above their outdoor bar which on a Friday night was very loud until well past midnight. On a different occasion we may have visited the bar and enjoyed the vibe however we had a very early flight to catch and needed to go to bed earlier than midnight. I probably would not stay here again because of the noise.

Great area to stay whilst in Edinburgh. Lovely staff. Room was always cleaned every day and felt comfortable and luxury.
