The property was nice and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped us rent a scooter that was delivered to the hotel. You didn’t even have to return it to the rental place, just leave the keys at the reception and they take care of everything. The only downside was the location of the hotel. It’s in the middle of nowhere and not walkable at all. Far from beaches and restaurants. You really need a scooter if you’re staying at this place.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. The bed was nice. There was a large refrigerator and desk as well. What surprised me was the lack of power outlets/USB near the desk or bed - I had to disconnect the lamp to charge my electronics. The bathroom was nice, but it was not maintained well. It should be renovated: there were tons of limescale and the faucets were hard to operate. Moreover, the towels were terrible - the high synthetic content rendered them non-absorbent, so effectively I was smearing the water on my body. The hallways were hot and not very clean. The staff on site was nice and very responsive. Overall, I would return to this property, but it is definitely different from the pictured when it was new.

I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. Its worth another star i think. The pool was my favorite but everything was really great quality and service

The hotel was located in an uncovenient spot. We had to take taxis to go to the beach or busy areas. Also, there are no restaurants nearby. The food was Okay but not great, the staff was friendly and the amenities were Okay.

Very comfortable stay

Mediocre hotel experience. From our 2 week trip to bali/gili air, this hotel was easiest the most disappointing. The room was damaged, dirty and loaded with musquitos as soon as we entered. The hotel ultimately said we could cancel and rebook a better room but considering the small amount of time spent in the actual hotel, we decided to leave it as it was. Staff was not very helpful and the owner even gave me an attitude. I would advise to look for alternatives.
