Hebat The Melter hotel for our trip was absolutely perfect. Its location was right in the centre of town with parking just a 2 minute walk away. We travelled witha two year old and rhey had a cot set up and ready for us. The reception closes at 8pm and we got a message from them on the day orior to travelling to inform us if this because we got caught in traffic we contacted to say we would likely be a little after that time. They said this was fine and called us again at 7.45 to make sure that we were ok and that we had all the info and insteuctions to enter that we would need. The staff we excellent are really friendly.
On top of all this Inwould also say that the hotel was withiut exception the cleanest that I have ever stayed at, it was genuinely immaculate and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a tremendous experience at Melter. The location was fantastic with SO much within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and food carts located just outside of the hotel. The train station is also very close and easy to access.
The hotel staff was the true difference maker though. They were so friendly, always available for a recommendation, and told us many extra things to explore on days we left the city for our other excursions. Lukas, Laura and Hannah were particularly lovely and helpful.
We would absolutely stay here the next time we are in Germany!

We stayed for one night while passing through the city on our way from north to south.
The first thing that must be mentioned is the hotel’s location – it is truly central, right in the heart of everything.
The rooms were very clean, and everything felt fresh and almost new. The overall standard was impressive for a short stay.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to stay.
