O I, the owne/manager was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The well maintained pool was heaven sent after a day hiking around the ruins (spectacular) and the terraces. I would certainly recommend this hotel

No shower door so water would gush on to the floor making a slippery surface

This family business is run by three generations whose main goal is customer service. I have not experienced this type of attention to making the guest feel welcome anywhere in Turkey and rarely anywhere else in the world.

Very nasty dirty hotel

El personal es excelente y muy colaborador.

The place has a very homely feel, even though it may look like a hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and as can be seen 2 steps away from a cooling pool, which is cleaned regularly. The location is peaceful and quite, and only a short walk to the main town and the Pamukkale hill side south entrance.
