Just couple minutes from the Haeundae subway station, and right next to the Gunam-ro where all the restaurants and shops are. 500m from the Haeundae beach. Room was very clean and comfy. Highly recommend.

Bawah Purata Bathroom was covered in Mold, AC leaked and you could hear everything in the room. I left two days early due to the lack cleanliness, being unable to use the AC (due to leaking) and the noises from the laundry room and other rooms and they refused a refund. There is no staff on property other than breakfast, so you will have no clean towels, no one to bring up issues to and they will still blame you. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Please paint the lines on the walls and floors of the bath rooms. Few black dirts in the lines of the walls and floors of the bath rooms. Please see example in the picture below.

Tiny room, but clean and pleasant. Not much light. No closet or desk, and only a very small table. No water pot.

The Ekonomy Guesthouse in Haeundae is located within a very nice area. It wasn't expensive and provided great rooms and amnesties. Everything was clean and up to standards. Guest service was excellent and, even amidst the time of a pandemic, was almost always available to help.
Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Haeundae.

It was very clean, nice and cozy. Staffs are also kind and friendly.

Bagus The room was rather small. Overall stay was OK for 1 or 2night for the affordable price. However, staffs not proficient in english. Had trouble understanding. Was trying to reserve KORAIL tickets online using their PC and seeked help from their staff to ask. Was shocked that the staff told us she had not taken a KTX and simply said that she can’t help us. Found it rather upset she did not even try to understand but just brushed our questions aside.
