Quiet clean, great hosts great food great decor,very welcoming , met other great people. Loved it , and will be back. Oh and the bed was the best bed we have EVER slept in.👏👏👏👏👏

Before AirBnB’s there were BnB’s where the host greeted you and you had a lovely home cooked breakfast. These quaint touches are what made Sunny Side Up such a lovely place to stay

Amazing accomdation- set in tranquil surroundings, full of plants/nature and beautiful decor. Kept very clean and tidy - facilities are fantastic with jacuzzi, a drinks fridge, communal space and the birds suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed with a great ensuite. Highlight were the incredible breakfasts (kindly made vegan for us & better than any cafe we know!) and the friendly welcoming owners who hosted us so well & made us feel at home. Close walk to Rye and local amenities - highly recommend!
