I originally planned to give this hotel 3 stars because of an unpleasant experience I had at the rooftop pool bar. However, the professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer care of the General Manager, Sumontha, completely changed my opinion and honestly made me realize why this hotel truly deserves a full 5-star review.
What impressed me the most was how seriously the management handled the situation. Instead of ignoring the issue, Sumontha personally made sure everything was resolved in a professional and respectful way. That level of hospitality is rare and shows how much this hotel genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.
My original plan was to stay only 5 days, but because of the outstanding experience and service, I extended my stay to 11 days. That alone says everything.
From the moment you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is welcoming, modern, relaxing, and full of positive energy. Every staff member greets you with a sincere smile and respect that instantly makes you feel at home and removes stress after a long day.
The reception team was extremely professional, helpful, fast, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their customer service was consistently excellent throughout my entire stay.
One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely Butcher’s Garden restaurant. The Australian rib eye and tenderloin steaks were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and high quality. If you are a meat lover, this restaurant is a must
