I could not check-in due to change in terminal. The hotel staff was not helpful at all to sort this out.. Expedia to refund the payment.

Difficult to find, could use more signage. Otherwise beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed and very clean with good breakfast.

When I arrived I was informed that my domestic flight would leave from terminal 1. I could not stay there. This left me without a transit hotel at 1am in the morning. Worst service - not helpful at all. Instructions were confusing as to why I couldn’t stay there. Book a hotel nearby - not this hotel - unless you are ONLY transiting through terminal 3 which if you have a domestic transfer it is NOT clear which terminal.

Hebat The room was 1st class, big comfy bed , great shower, and very clean.
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and very professional.
Would highly recommend.

Very helpful that I was escorted from International Arrivals area to the international part of the hotel because you have to get through several security checks. I did not yet have a boarding pass for the onward flight which meant the staff member escorting me was essential.

Hebat Check in was simple a porter took me to the hotel, the room was clean and silent considering it's right in the airport the staff are attentive and helpful the breakfast was great with plenty of choice nothing is too much trouble but that's india in the morning a porter took me straight to check in making sure everything run smoothly definitely would book here again if I needed a stopover
