bad smell in the room, my key failed multiple times, we could not have breakfast unless we pay 200+ eur, no fridge in the room, and broken AC

We like the area,it’s close to the urban The staff was very friendly Rooms were big with a nice small terrace

I was surprised, this is a windham hotel not in a very good shape. Dirty old rugs, and the shower with a window panel that all the water was running out of the bath. and the small refrigerator was not working. The staff in the reception, not very enthusiastic, Only the morning that we were leaving, was a gentleman that looks a little bit more professional. The location was not bad, 10 minutes walking to the metro. We didn’t get breakfast there, a little bit expensive. This is really an under average hotel

Excellent location, close to 2 train lines and Mariahilfe street.

Location was 10/10.The breakfast was a OK. Rooms carpet had stains that are possibly from bleach or cleaning products. Looked very disgusting. No water in the fridge, nothing but 2 glasses there in fact. It was ok for the 1 night i needed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Access to the city was easy, and the staff were very friendly. Mr. Email at the reception was especially helpful and gave me sightseeing advice, making my stay in Vienna enjoyable. Thank you very much.
