Really didn't need staff. Room has so much space. Clean area. Great stay overall. No problems whatsoever.

Clean apartment like hotel. We loved our sauna and massage chair. Bathroom was very roomy and with large bathtub. Washing and drying machine was great with laundry detergent already provided. Nice quiet location with beach view. Wished bed was more comfortable as it wasn’t the most comfortable bed, and we wished there were small closet where we can store luggage.

Hebat Overall a great place to stay. Room amenities were outstanding, hotel staff and property was great as well. Only complaint was the comfort of the bed itself. Was extremely firm and pillows weren’t great either. Other than that I would highly recommend!

Well located and comfortable hotel for visit with family in Chatan. No luxury here but the furnishings and bath are comfortable, the staff is attentive and kind and they speak excellent English. Family oriented neighborhood with playgrounds, numerous small restaurants, and beach surf access. Coworking space with excellent internet.
