Helpful assistance with check in and baggage storing, but the

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was clean with a nice kitchen area. Bathroom could use some fixes but overall was okay. Location is great very close to Academia, Duomo, the bridges over the Arno and lots of Restaurants and shopping options.

Incredible stay, walking distance to everything. Room was super clean, and cleaned everyday. Host was incredible, she checked in and provided everything asked for!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Everything was kept very clean. The host was friendly and helpful. We were just encourage having availability for some type of connection to get more programming in English. Also, it would be nice to have a fry pan in the kitchen.

Great location if you are going up to Fiesole or La Pietra and also want to be close to downtown. Very clean, nicely appointed, reasonable kitchen (stove, fridge, and oven), super quiet. Family-owned and friendly.
