…..the room was so small very tight for two adults and 2 big cases couldn’t swing a cat round!! 😩 also the light from the air temp was extremely annoying changing colours and was so bright didn’t sleep a wink!! Not a restful time

The room was clean and the hotel was located at landslide T3 arrivals and easy to find.

The staff is accommodating at getting me a room early or event my planned check-in at a fee. But I greatly appreciated it as we were no position to just hang out on the airport for hours. One thing I was not aware of is that the family room I rented had no windows. Also, the bathroom is sensitive and you have to be sure to keep the door closed to not set off the alarm with the steam. I don’t think I can book here again because of the new window situation but overall a lovely hotel.

Very small room with no windows, but so convenient for access to Terminal 3 - we just walked to our check-in desk the following morning. Will definitely stay again when travelling from Tetminal 3.

Jasdeep was wonderful in the check in and answering all my questions and meeting my needs. The room was clean and the AC was a welcome relief. My only issue was the signage was great from the gate to near the terminal exit and then the signs were less clear and the outdoor signage was confusing as it made it seem as if you could enter from the outside.
