We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet. The food was consistently excellent, with a great variety available each day. The head chef was often front of house, engaging with guests, explaining the dishes, and ensuring everyone was enjoying their meals. That personal touch made a real difference and showed how much pride the team takes in what they do.
Thank you to everyone at Ibis Calangute for your kindness, hospitality, and support during a challenging period for our family. You made a difficult trip much easier, and we are extremely grateful.
