Marriott Hotel Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport

The hotel didnt let us book one room for a family of 4, so we booked 2 rooms. However, when we got there, the front desk person told us it was no problem, they hae 2 queen beds in a room. But it was too late, the charge had already been made through expedia. But in the future, a couple with two kids, can stay in one room. Hotel is 10min away from the airport and the shuttle runs every hour. It was perfect.

It was just a one night stay but if you need to stay close to the airport this is the best choice and the included airport shuttle is a plus!

The main thing that I’ve been saying over and over again since it was a different chain of hotels: the air conditioning system needs to be updated.

This hotel is super expensive. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and the mattress should of been thrown out yesrs sgo. It had ruts in it - not Marriott standard. The trattoria was expensive pasta with jumbo serves - us$44 for a bowl of gnocchi Bolognese is crazy. $168 for a caterna malbec i bought in Salta at a restaurant for $70! Next time ill stay in city and get up half an hour earlier

Rooms are well kept and beds very comfortable. Staff are amazing! We arrived on a Saturday night and we could hear disco music from a place nearby. When mentioned to the reception, our room was changed to a quieter side of the property without the need to ask. Impeachable attention to the guests comfort

Great experience

Breakfast has to be until 11AM and not 10:30

The room was great and the amenities were fine. I was greeted at checkin some iciness and the guy who answered the phone when I wanted to request a room service meal was brusque to impolite. There was a QR code on the desk that indicated room service with three menus plus two other links that did not work— spa and something else don’t recall what. Anyway, I called the room service number and I requested my dinner. The guy rudely responded that room service was only from the bar, not the restaurants. He was not forthcoming or polite as to what I could order. I asked for a cheeseburger and soda and apparently that was okay because he didn’t correct me again. I would have paid for something more expensive from one of the restaurants, and I was disappointed I didn’t get to eat my last bife de lomo on my last day in Buenos Aires. Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable. It is close to Ezeiza and they offer a free shuttle, which was fine.

We didn't have breakfast, but we did have lunch which was great. Guadulope was our server and she was exceptional. She was pleasant and always smiling.
