An OK hotel for the price. Close to everything just the restaurant. The people at the restaurant acted like they were in a bad day or something

Location and room is great. The breakfast is also pretty good. But sometimes the front desk staff seem bored and not particularly welcoming.

El estacionamiento, es de pocos cajones. Y el hotel estaba lleno. Nos tuvimos que quedar casi en la entrada.

Top bedsheet had a spot, don’t know if it was discoloration, but just didn’t use. Great food, great staff, great location of central area

The floor in the room was dirty. Room was small with no microwave, coffee maker, no ice was available. We went to the bar and received no service so we left and went somewhere else.

Very comfortable, large room with nice bedding and towels. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Easy to walk to the city center.we stayed just one night but for longer stays a mini fridge would be a nice addition to the room. Also it would be nice to give 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water instead of putting a 30 peso charge on each bottle. However there are places nearby to buy water. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. We would definitely stay again.
