Staff friendly, but services poor, breakfast not good, TV not working, not enough towels

I did not visit the gym so I can’t speak on that but the African style breakfast was good and fresh but a little more variety and choices of food would go a long way.

Very dirty place not worth the money

Courteous and helpful staff. Nice restaurant, pretty good exercise room. Really good location

Overall, the room I stayed in was okay. The staffs are nice and friendly. It is just too small - the room has no where to sit except on the bed; there's no chair. The mini refrigerator is rustic in it and the toilet shakes/moves out of position when one sits on it. Taking heavy luggages up the stairs with humid hallways is difficult.

Upon my arrival, the room was very hot, the air condition was off, the television was not working , I call the front desk for assistance I was told that the person who is responsible for the television is off, and he would be in the next morning.

Didn’t have my room I paid for Breakfast was good last year… not good this year

They over booked out the rooms. I wasn't able to stay.

They need to work on every aspect on this hotel.
