Clean room - quieter location- roof top patio-

The Grand Park hotel is OK but not worth the cost. The room was large and includes a mini kitchen, coffee machine, plates, cutlery etc but the hotel itself is old and noisy. Location is good, close to Granville and Burrard bridges, Yale town and restaurants. The hotel only changes the bed linens and towels every other day, but that was not a problem for us. Granville street was set up for the world cup but during the day there are a lot of homeless and vagrants, so we avoided it. Parking is available, and that is a plus, it costs C$25 a night. 3 out of 5 stars.

Very convenient location.

Lovely and helpful staff. Lobby is clean and restaurant next door with hotel discount had yummy food with good selection. Rooms look like they’ve seen better times. Bathroom had patched walls not well repainted, clean but manky looking grout in shower and it felt a little like it was a shelter during Covid that returned to being a hotel eventually. That might have been because the neighbourhood wasn’t great. Wouldn’t want to walk alone at night. And I’m a downtown person. Lots of people slumped over on corners or shouting at the air and the nearby 7-11 had a broken window and two unconnected people walking through with bruised and bloody faces.

Excellent, price and location good

There were good food places nearby. The access to the Water Bus was good. The customer service was excellent. The room was acceptable and met our expectations.

I had the best sleep!
