Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was very clean, and the amenities were well maintained. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which made the experience convenient from start to finish. The only downside was the sleeping situation. Throughout the night, the rooftop A/C unit produced an extremely loud vibrating noise whenever it turned on. Unfortunately, it was disruptive enough that my partner and I lost quite a bit of sleep. Aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the overall experience. If the noise issue is addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay

The room needed additional dusting. Lots of nooks and crannies were overlooked by cleaning staff. One of the reasons we stayed here for the first time was because of the kitchen area. Well, one morning we woke up to find a roach in the kitchen. We had to throw out all of our snacks and decided we didn’t want to cook there. I called the front desk. They didn’t seem too concerned at all. I thought they’d at least comp us one night; instead, they sent over a third party to spray the room. I was anxious the rest of my stay. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Beautiful grounds, rooms and employees!

Great shot ace and the pools were fantastic. Customers service was great and check in was easy. Lots of little adds for parking and resort fees but that is standard everywhere!!! We had a great week and the unit was perfect.

Check-in was horrible due to not having enough staff. Check-in time was at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t get into our room until around 4:40 because it wasn’t ready. Very disappointing, especially when traveling with a toddler. Our bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, although housekeeping did come and change them quickly. I was also disappointed that parking is an additional charge for the price you pay, you’d think it would be included. Another downside was that during the week the bars at the other pools were closed, and only the main pool bar was open. If you wanted a cocktail, you had to walk to the main pool area or the restaurant on-site. I also really disliked having to text for requests because several times the response took 30 minutes or even hours. On the positive side, we still had a great time overall. We loved staying in Building 4 because it had a toddler pool that my child really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious, and I loved having a balcony plus a washer and dryer — those were very convenient features.

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful amenities, 4 pools to choose from, a marketplace with plenty of food choices. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
