Hotel was clean and in a new condition. The staff unfortunately let this stay down. We booked in for my husbands birthday, booked a late check out, spa day with massage. There was no effort to say happy birthday or recognition of his birthday, when we went back up to the room the room card didnt work because they hadn't sorted the late check out so ended ip in reception in my robe, not ideal. Maybe we're use to hotels were they make attempt human connection / friendliness. Shame really, not very personable, not very welcoming, no effort, felt very underwhelmed by the experience. Maybe if I was travelling for business it would have been fine.

Overall the staff at reception were so approachable helpful and pleasant it made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive choices. Spa was disappointing no appointments for spa treatments available and no jacuzzi! Would return.

Can see ao arena from hotel Staff were lovely and helpful Expensive to park at hotel but can park across road £13 24hrs if validate on a screen in hotel Was a last minute booking and pleased with choice

The room smelt of cigarettes and we weren’t told about “child swim times” so when we did go down for a swim we were told we were too late and couldn’t enter (Sunday at 10:10) if we’d know this we would’ve gone earlier

Really good night stay in Manchester at tje Radisson Found parking nearby really easily with plenty of space available The room was clean and tidy and apart from the bed being abit too firm for my personal preference it was a good stay! Check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again if in Manchester

Great location, just outside the city centre but easy to walk in. Lovely reception area, helpful staff and large spacious room with great facilities. Air conditioning was also a welcome bonus as we arrived during the May heatwave!!
