Wednesday desk agent was very nice. From London…Kammie was delightful too. Location was great…so close to so many restaurants.

Room was not quite what we booked. We booked a walk-in shower but got a tub shower. Also room seemed smaller than what we have had in the past.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and accommodating. They have a little restaurant with yummy food. The lobby was large enough to accommodate my 10+ person family to hang out in the evening while several other families did the same. Our room was great. The location is near everything in West Des Moines yet it was secluded from traffic. My only complaint would be that the water pressure was a bit low but that is not necessarily the hotels fault. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my new favorite place to stay while in Des Moines. Very friendly staff the moment you walk in. It was clean and had everything I needed. On check out again the staff were amazing. Very friendly. I forgot my necklace and didn't realize it till later. The staff went above and beyond to help find it. It had slipped behind the night stand so I did not see it when I left. I called and they went and looked and tossed the bed trying to find it. I was in tears but they called me back and they had found it. They were so nice and so helpful. I will be staying again and again when I am in Des Moines all the time.

Staff was excellent! From the moment we stepped inside the building until we left they were there and greeted us and helped us with finding things in the area.

This property is very conveniently located. But the hotel and grounds are showing its age, for example there a rust ring around the bottom of the sink, the shower had low pressure and the property needs landscaping redone ( no grass/ tree roots showing).

Great location, very helpful staff.

Rooms clean. No free breakfast. Pull out couch in the king bedroom is only a twin. Not big enough for 2 kids.

Staff was very helpful and easy to deal with.
