Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and food staff! I wish breakfast would have more choices or variety. Air conditioning at the lobby - needs fixing. I got affordable rates and it’s just 2 miles from Duke University.

The room was relatively clean. It was nice to have the bathroom products available. There was no fan in the bathroom to purge the steam from the shower. The wall unit AC works well, and not real noisy as some hotels.

Excellent experience will use again

Great stay .

Did like the room

During my stay the common areas did not have working ac. So I limited my time in those areas and retreated to my room. Breakfast was adequate. My room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Very welcoming. Very clean. I really enjoyed cooling offline the pool.

The A/C on the first floor was out making it miserable in the lobby and eating area. The housekeeping staff tried to enter our room at 9:30 am by actually opening the door, then came back 30 minutes later and tried again. The buffet was terrible and most of the food was gone but breakfast was still going on for another hour. The a/c in our room did not work very well. It was not my best hotel experience. But our room was clean, the best were comfy and the pool was nice

We recommend this hotel
