"The hotel hallways lack both air conditioning and security cameras. Room cleaning is only done every other day. When they actually serviced our room, they just made the bed and left a single towel for two people, claiming they didn't have enough. I tried calling the front desk to ask for more, but no one answered, so I had to go down in person. The next day, I specifically requested towels again.
