Clean room staff okay air conditionning good

Love this hotel. Two queen bed room was exceptionally spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were amazing. The only small complaint I had, the A/C control screen was completely trashed. No way to know what temperature it was set at. Small issue, highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. It was quiet at night, even though the hotel was very full. We arrived late for breakfast, and there were still plenty of good food choices available. We were able to watch our favourite show in our room, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. We would definitely come back again.

There has never been an issue when staying here. It is definitely one of our go-to hotels when we visit Ottawa. This trip was a solo trip to pick-up our son from school. We appreciate that the location of this hotel is situated right off the highway making this property convenient and easy to locate. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough. Beds are comfortable. Amenities are just what we need and never an issue to receive more if needed. Breakfast is plentiful with a nice variety of choices. Definitely will stay here again.

I. Poked a room with wheel chair accessible axis And was told they had already booked someone else in the room after I had booked over a month ago So I couldn’t shower and trying to use the bathroom was very difficult and frustrating

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. Staff were very accommodating and professional.

Overall good but cleaning of rooms should be on a daily basis instead of every other day. The free breakfast was also a bit of a chaos as they were frequently running out of items and were struggling to replenish
