Their amenities section pickup/dropoff at LAX but fails to mention that you must call the hotel for pickup. After 20 minutes of no van we asked another Hilton driver and only then did we learn that we needed to call them. The young lady was tacky and rude and told us it would be 15-25 minutes depending on traffic (1.7 miles). 35 minutes later we called back and was told it could be 15-55 minutes and put my wife on hold for nearly 15 minutes. 30 minutes later an unmarked van that had nothing to do with the hotel pulled up and called our name. I cannot tell you HOW MUCH we enjoyed the extra 1 1/2 hours they added to our 16 plus hour return from South Hampton/Heathrow.
They should have been up front about their pickup policy, not lied to us three times and then send an unidentified vehicle without contacting us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
