Very good hotel. The best in Breda.

The property is beautiful and very well located, but the staff are truly incredible. Merijn was wonderful and managed to remember our name and room number after seeing us once, and major shout out to Halil for saving us when we left our passports in the safe (and then checked out and left, we realized at the train station!). The bed was on the more comfortable end for hotels (I'm picky), and the only thing that was suboptimal was the street noise on Friday night from a nearby club/bar. The rest of the week (Sunday through Thursday nights) we heard nothing at all). It's very near lots of food and shopping, literally within steps. The entrance to the hotel is on a cobblestone street that the cars can't really get to, so anticipate having to get yourself and your luggage about a block from the taxi drop off to the hotel doors. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the hotel, and definitely recommend it.

Room was clean. Reception staff not so friendly. Breakfast - hot food was cold. Very expensive - had to pay extra to make-up a bed in 4 person suite.

Breakfast under staffed hence slow, slow replenishment of buffet. All staf delightfull. Tv in room not working, cross making.

Impressive hotel, building and rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent and comfortable bed. Hotel is located in a quiet area.

Had a great stay, Staff, Room and Hotel in genral all excellent, loved the quirky decor and how close it is to Grote Markt and restaurants and bars.

Had a bereavement but the hotel REFUSED to allow me to change the dates or receive a refund given these special circumstances. That in itself shows what kind of people these are.

Clean and spacious room. Great staff, wonderful amenities too. Only downside was the roof leak in our room that caused constant dripping and one damping corner which we avoided.

Large room, but chilly when walked in. Soon sorted out with aircon temp. Friendly staff on arrival and check out. Near to shops and places to eat

Unique hotel, ideally located for exploring the town of Breda.
