Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

Property itself was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Had a large lobby and sports bar. My only issue is with the valet, which charged me for 2 nights (at $70/night) for checking out after 2pm, without any sort of notice whatsoever that there is a mandatory check out time from valet parking. Not to mention that the roads around the hotel were closed due to world cup so it was physically impossible for me to leave. This left a negative surprise after my stay when I saw my bill. I'd stay at the hotel again only if I didn't require parking.

An amazing stay

Hotel was nice but you’re better off staying at the Marriott marquee around the corner. I requested early check in which I was advised would be a $75 fee to check in at 1pm and of available you could check in before that. However, when I gave my 9am arrival time I was told it would be $100. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me it would be $125! I simply told her I was quoted $100 and she didn’t put up any rebuttal and just added the $100 fee to my bill…weird. Upon checkout I received my bill via email and seen that I was charged both the $75 and $100 fee. This hotel seems to try and get any little extra money they can out of you. I stayed at the Marriott Marquee for my last night and I arrived to check in at 10am and was simply given my room key, WITH NO EXTRA FEES. I don’t think this place is worth the money.

Some of the property is being remodeled but everything we needed was accessible and in working order.

Honestly, a great stay but very overpriced for the area. Charged $100 a night for incidentals which was $400 for our stay. Parking was $70 a night also so just be mindful that there’s extra fees.

If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. Everyone was extremely pleasant and a joy to be around. The experience and view was incredible.
