Good basic clean hotel. There are stairs up to the hotel lobby.

This hotel does not have a ramp at the entrance, so you will have to carry all your baggage up the tall stairs. Check in is at 1400. If you want to leave your luggage at the hotel until check in, your luggage will be out in the open in a designated area and not behind a counter. The room has thick steps separating the bedroom and bathroom. I tripped on these steps a few times. There is no conditioner in the bathroom, just bath soap and hand soap. I also sat on the carpeted floor a few times, and in the morning, I woke up with 3 bites, one on the back of my neck, and 2 on my midback. The staff was very polite and smiled at me and greeted me every time. The cleaning lady knocks on my door and asks if I would like a room cleaning. When I declined, she provided towels and water bottles. The smell of old cigarette smoke lingers in the carpet though. The hotel does seem a bit dated but maintained in good condition.

Average 3 stars room, there was a carpet that smells probably for smoking…. It will better a room without carpet or curtains…..without cigarette smelling. I was sleeping with open windows and it wasn’t warm et all

욕실 샤워부스가 없어서 샤워하고 나면 바닥에 물이 흥건함. 스테프도 별로 친절하지 않음. 발 수건 없음. 수건 추가로 달라고 해야 함.

Good hotel, in a good location. Walking distance from all the touristy areas.

Hotel past its glory days but a comfortable enough stay. Clean room, lifts and ac worked. Steps up to entrance tricky if you have heavy luggage. Shops and places to eat nearby. I found it a bit bewildering getting back from the Intercity Bus Station after a long day sightseeing and it is a 40 minute walk at least.

Old budget hotel. Reception staff speaks very limited English and does not seem very warm to foreigners. Sauna seems to be male-only.

Beautiful view of lighthouses, wharf and ocean. Comfortable bed, bay windows, nice bath bathroom. Several tour companies pickup one block away along the shoreline walkway. Plenty of food clothing and souvenir shopping very closeby.

Good location and clean. Our room had carpet wich it was kind of bothersome for my allergies. The hotel is ok but outdated. In general for the price is ok. The best is the location.

Hotel is good if you are not planning to rent a car, otherwise...its a first come, first served and you might have to park far away if returning to the hotel past 5pm. Spa/hot tub wasn't a free amenity of the hotel. Its a separate entrance underground the hotel--entrance through the parking back door. The nicest part of the hotel is they provide new towels and two water bottles everyday if don't want a room cleaning(must put do not disturb sign) Hotel room rules to not bring outside food and to consume in your room but there are lots of restaurants near the hotel.
