Hace falta más limpieza. Elevadores, pasillos, escaleras sucias. La habitación si estaba limpia.

I have been to this resort over 4 times including a trip in 2025. But since then, this resort has gone downhill since the last time. Here is what has changed since my last trip. 1: The Resort. They used to give you daily supplies for your room like a mini dish washing soap, paper towels and a pack of coffee every day. But now all you get the first initial one and that's it. They no longer come daily to replace towels or bed sheets unless you ask. And they will only give you roll of TP and if you want more, you will have to go down down to the front desk to ask. 2: Resort Condition. The resort seem to be getting old and run down. The 1st floor seem to look great but the rest of the floors and rooms seem to be stuck in 1995. Also note that during my stay, there was a giant 6+ft wide/long water puddle in the 4th floor hallway carpet that was never addressed. 3: The Pool Once would expect to be in a 3ft swimming pool, look down and see their feet. But not in this pool! The water was so cloudy that you could not see your feet. This pool used to be clear but it isn't anymore. 4: Roaches In the last 4 visits, I have never seen one. But not this time. I saw at least 9 of them. I asked another guest and they said they said they also saw roaches. Hopefully management will hire exterminators to take care of that problem. Final thoughts: With some more TLC and refurbishment, this place can become as good as it used to be, but as it is now, it is lacking.

Las facilidades como piscina, playa, áreas de estar, barra, excelentes pero el edificio necesita mantenimiento. Puertas deterioradas, alfombras manchadas y elevadores y ventanas con moho. Un solo papel de baño. Las sillas en mal estado. Camas limpias. Nos quedamos en habitación doble.

Me gustó el ambiente familiar. No me gustó que no han remodelado por dentro. Deben cambiar las alfombras, remodelar los baños. Hace falta restaurantes con precios màs mòdicos cerca del hotel ya que el del àrea de la piscina que es muy bueno no està abierto en la noche. Los restaurantes que hay cerca son muy costosos.

Me gustô la propiedad, por sus facilidades. Ahora bien, necesita mejor limpieza y mantenimiento. Vi cucarachas en el cuarto. Además, el servicio al cliente en áreas como el del check-out fue terrible. A pesar de que pagamos por 4 días y 3 noches, no querían que utilizáramos la facilidades cuando hicimos checkout el cuarto día. Pretendían que pagáramos por un Day Pass bajo el fundamento de que era temporada alta y que supuestamente habíamos recibido una llamada de cortesía a esos efectos, cosa que nunca ocurrió. Pedí hablar con un supervisor y me indicaron que no estaba disponible y que si no estaba de acuerdo llenara un papel para dejarlo saber, sin darme una alternativa real. Fue un mal rato innecesario y dejó mucho que desear en cuanto a cumplimiento de contrato y el trato del personal.

First I called before I drove an hour away to make sure I was able to check in early. I was advised I could once I arrived. They advised me my rooms were not available. The staff in front are horrible. They are very rude. I was there four days day number three housekeeping came into my room, stole my purse.The staff was very very unhelpful one of the worst places to stay!

No funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado en la habitación . No hubo limpieza de la habitación, ni cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas. No recogieron la basura a diario. No pusieron papel de baño. No entregaron los brazaletes. Pobre Servicio de atención al cliente.

Creo que no regreso

From reading the reviews I knew it was older hotel. I read about the staff and that was true. One person in particular always seem rude and like we were annoying him just with our presence. There was two roaches in our room. We also kept asking for toilet paper for a family of 4 we were given 2 rolls the second one we had to ask. There was no room service and had to wash our own towels. We had a suite so we were able to do that. My kids slept on the sofa bed and I also had to ask for blankets and pillows to set it up. Which is fine but usually those are already provided in the room. We pretty much had to ask for everything and it took them a while to get it for us. The pool is big and the time we did spend at the hotel we enjoyed the pool. The beach area is small. We didn’t plant to spend time in our hotel because we did a lot of exploring the island but we will never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

This resort has been the worse I have ever been from the horrible rooms to horrible to nasty staff especially the Supervisor. My room was so nasty that everyday I was killing a roach which was disgusted but the mirror in the bathroom was so nasty you was not able to see yourself. I would not recomend this resort to anyone not even my worse enemy. Thank you Miriam Hernandez a guest that will ever come back!!!!!!!!
