Bawah Purata Terrible experience due to poor responsiveness and unprepared service staff.
The problems started before we even arrived. I wanted to postpone my reservation by one week, so I contacted the hotel both through the Hotels.com app and via the email address they provided themselves. Unfortunately, I never received a response to either message. As a result, I had to pay for an extra night's stay unnecessarily.
During our stay, the shower hose became detached from the shower head. I reported the issue to the reception, and the staff assured me it would be fixed. However nothing ever was repaired during our stay. We ended up having to improvise and use the broken shower.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve even a simple maintenance issue made for a very disappointing experience.

Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste und ähnliche Artikel sollten automatisch im Zimmer bereitgestellt werden, anstatt dass die Gäste lange suchen, feststellen, dass sie nicht vorhanden sind, und sie dann an der Rezeption anfordern müssen.

Great property-loved the area. We had to move to room next door because of plugged shower. Staff at desk very nice and helpful.

The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!!
The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent room, a little dark and no tea/coffee or bottled water. Couldn’t check in 30 mins early.
It was ok and decent value for the amount I paid with shops you need within 5 mins walk away

Excellent hotel, very nice room, nice breakfast every morning. Great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the U Train into the center of the City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One night we had a problem with the TV, and the hotel manager came up to the room to fix it. This was the best hotel we stayed in our German trip
