My check in experience with John was awesome. He was so polite and friendly. Throughout my stay John and Sam were very helpful and accommodating towards me. I was a solo traveller, however, in this facility I felt safe while I was there. It was peaceful, clean and cozy. Looking forward to my next visit there.

Overall a good experience, very close to a bus stop to head to the train station. Breakfast was what you expect with a hotel

We were booked for two nights but left after one. The room had a terrible smell that gave my husband and daughter a headache. The beds were so creaky that every time anyone moved it would wake everyone up. Breakfast was free but it was inedible. Cold sausage. Scrambled eggs that were liquidy. Informed staff we were checking out early and we were not asked if anything was unsatisfactory

Staff were great. Very informative for first timers to the area.

The AC was broken

Very clean, beds were comfy and staff were nice and helpful. Especially the staff named Sam!! Amazing guy and help us understand how to take the train to our destination. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Fixtures in room were in need of maintenance (shower head was caked on scale with poor pressure, tub drain was loose), room had significant condensation on the window when I arrived. Hallway near my room had garbage in several places. Security staff are present on all floors, which made me concerned that the hotel was not safe.
