What a great hotel. Everything went smoothly, the property is a beautiful combination of old world historic charm, with a clean modern vibe to the amenities. Staff all seem happy in their jobs and eager to help. Loved everything about this place and especially the rooftop amenities

We had a great stay at this property. My only issue was the room key, it not “normal” took us three days to finally figure out how to use it. Staff were great, friendly and helpful.

My stay was short, staff was nice and friendly but the hotel was dark and not lively, I felt like I was staying in a prison.
