Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The servers come to you to take your coffee order! The hotel is centrally located: one minute walk from train station, ten minute walk to ferry station, and adjacent to restaurants. The lobby is a nice, air conditioned place to relax. Staff super friendly, too.

Location is ideal for those traveling by train. The property fronts the train station and a pedestrian mall that runs for blocks. There is a full service grocery store along the pedestrian street. Breakfast is a highlight with so many offerings of baked goods, along with cold meats, cheeses, nd fruit, it's hard to choose the days selection .. freshly brewed drinks are made by the staff. Staff most courteous and helpful.

This was a great stay in the heart of Salerno. Quiet rooms with sound proof windows and great air conditioning. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, train station just outside the door, and the ferry port for Amalfi coast destinations is a 5 minute walk. The breakfast is great, staff are helpful, and the rooms clean and comfortable. We hope to return!

The big plus is the location right across the main train station and only five minutes walk to the water front. Break fast is reasonably good. Rest of the amenities are acceptable given being in an old building. Food and shopping of walkable.

Very close to the train statiion but quiet... very close to the bus to take you to the further away marina to catch ferry to Amalfi and Pisitano......the breakfast was AMAZING..... the staff were so wonderful and helpful...managed to get an early check in.... this has to be one of the best hotels i have stayed in so far this trip.
