Au pavillon, il manquait d'ustensiles (une seule fourchette, 2 couteaux)... Les cuillères c'était ok. Aucun couteau coupant ou ouvre boîte de conserve. Par contre le service de l'hôtel a réagi très vite lors de mon appel a la réception pour demander ce sont j'avais besoin.

Après plusieurs fois à cette hôtel, nous sommes jamais déçu au contraire nous l aimons encore plus… le spa es de toute beauté et le restaurant.. tout es délicieux !

Très bien reçu! Explication des accommodations claires. Restaurant de l’hôtel excellent ainsi que le service par notre serveuse Nathalie! Nous étions dans le pavillon À et je le recommande fortement. Très confortable et très grande chambre
