Great Courtesy of employees, good maid service, modern clean facilities, thermostat in room hard to work or not at all during non summery months. Heating useless does not work in winter we reccomend to request extra blan. Other than that great hotel!!

The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. The interior needs to be refurbished on the 6th floor. Wallpaper is separating from the wall and one electrical outlet between the beds doesn't work nor does the desk lamp.

Very friendly staff and helpful. The room was very comfortable. One of my best stays in Mexico city for the price we paid. I would definitely stay again.
