Would definitely consider staying here again

Room was fantastic and extremely clean.

Arte Hotel Wien was OK but not nearly worth the price. Small rooms, shaky beds, well outside the city center. The room was very clean. We had a problem with our Expedia reservation and the manager was less than helpful, pretty much useless. Not interested in staying here again!

This hotel was a bit far the center but it had metro and bus station right on the corner so it was super easy to get to any place we planned to visit. Our room was spotless clean, modern and convenient. It was in a quiet place, with many shops and cafes nearby. We had a short 2 night stay so we were coming only for sleep and there is nothing to complain about.

Welcoming staff

Very clean, good neighbourhood.

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff

The staff except one was terrible without any customer service skills, I would not stay again in this hotel.

Great location for the arena. Very near public transport. Helpful staff. Big supermarket nearby.

Very convenient for Stadthalle and great transport links
