Clean room. Good staff

We checked in 3 hours early, the staff nevertheless found us a room and were amazing to deal with.

Excellent property, close to Valencia airport. Staff were very helpful with my questions and were well above my expectations.

The Hotel is convenient walking distance from a shopping center and grocery store, but far away from Valencia central area and beach. So Uber was expensive. The breakfast was ok, no enough food on both morning that I was there, also no the best. The staff was friendly we asked for A Fan and we got it. I would like some water dispenser for guests to drink water, I stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my least favorite because no water for guests and no hair conditioner either. Overall the area was safe, plenty places to eat around .

Easy parking, right next to Bonaire commercial centre. We were with a toddler, so the room felt small, but if was very easy to get to the airport for our last night.

Outside the areas needs gardening care, the furniture needs an upgrade, pillows and mattress needs to be replaced, they are not comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was larger than expected. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very close to the airport and convenient. Thank you for the stay

Excellent breakfast and super helpful staff. Booked us a cab for a middle of the night departure and packed us a picnic breakfast for the road 🙏
