Not able to book early check in or communicate that to hotel due to 3rd party who specifically asked and gave me a price for early check in, I called hotel directly and they could not guarantee early check in although 3rd party confirmed and took my $$ bonvoy points not added either

It was in a really great location. I liked how it was real close to the Waterfront Park especially liked the restaurant and bar down in the lobby that was very convenient to go down and grab a quick drink or something to eat overall just a great experience

The breakfast in the main dining room (Proof Reader) was not good. Our poached eggs were hard instead of runny. The food came out very slowly. Very disappointing! Our room was clean and roomy, and the staff was very attentive.

Waterfront location was great! We wish they have a pool and a bigger sundry shop. Rooms are tight.

Very nice hotel but valet parking is way too expensive $54/day. Up the street one block at Crown Plaza self parking is $24 for 24 hours. IN addition to the room rate there are all of the tax that all hotels charge but the hotel also charges an addition $30/day fee that is waved if you eat in their restaurant that has great food but expensive.

I do a lot of traveling and this hotel was the worst ever. They checked me out early and said I was the one that checked out. Could not get a response from the manager , none available at night. No help from the front desk. My phone was dropping calls so I had to drive around looking for a hotel at midnight dealing with homeless and lack of parking. Finally had to drive all the way out to the airport and checked in at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, ruining my activity day the next day, I was so exhausted and tired.
