Great location on the river. Modern facilities and furniture. Wide selection of rooms

Carpark is rubbish for larger cars. No in room service.

We had a ground floor room with a view of a hedge so it felt a bit dark. Given the location that was very disappointing. Additionally, our air conditioner in our room was faulty, and the bed was terribly hard. We reported the air con issue to reception and onsite support came to inspect it but could not resolve the issue for us

Great facility, great central location and great views

The waterfront room (203) that we had was ideal - plenty of room and a great bathroom. I rate Ramada Ballina 11/10

Although the motel is comfortable I like to be provided with more than just a wifi link There was no information rather printed or digital about service within the motel No room service even though they have a restaurant in the building

Nice clean and convenient hotel in Ballina, short drive to Byron Bay. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for our short stay in the area.

Location was lovely .., however parking was abit tricky if height over 2.1.. we however managed a street park for the duration of our stay .., Hotel foyer decorated very nice with great seating ..Room was comfortable , although needs some maintenance.., screen over bath broken & nail protruding out , door stop broken in bathroom , shower mouldy & glass doors on sliding doors not clean .. Front staff were very friendly & helpful .. Housekeeping were also friendly & attentive .., however weren’t informed of time of room service & was quickly done over while we were there .. Pricing for 2 nights quite expensive I thought for accommodation only .. & being older hotel.. Walking distance to restaurants & supermarket which very handy .. Would I stay again .., quite possibly if I could get good deal ..

A great family stay with excellent facilities and restaurants and cafes within healing distance.

Clean,comfortable,quiet room and spa was nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Easy convenient parking. Good location.
