It's an outdated hotel. Corridors are not air-conditioned and common areas are also lightly air-conditioned. Their elevators, don't work. We saw hotel visitors getting stuck in elevators for 30+ minutes which is ridiculous. They don't have 24 hour kitchens, all their restaurants and kitchens shut down between 3 pm and 7:30 pm. Towels that they have in the rooms are old and worn out. They have weird unsealed water bottles in the rooms. And the iron in at least my room wasn't working. The TV we had our room was a small 32 inch TV. Overall it's a mediocre and outdated hotel, it should be a 3 star hotel at best. They have falsely advertised their property as a 5 star property. At least 50% of this hotel should be torn down and reconstructed to meet modern standards.

I had such a wonderful time at this amazing hotel!! I was a single female traveler in March 2026, and I felt safe and secured here. I even had the opportunity to take a quick dip in the pool. The top floor restaurant overlooking the Taj Mahal is amazing! Thank you to this lovely place.

Ramesh, lobby manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. We have been to this hotel many years. They will help you with all of your needs. Please give this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed. Very nice cleaning staff.

Bathroom not well managed

Most of the outlets in The room didn’t work, washroom smelled a bit, the heat didn’t work, the breakfast food was terrible, and the service was also poor throughout. Save your money. This is not a 5 star.

The hotel was okay, the checkout process wasn't very good, person wasn't very good with it.

Room was pretty dirty , tables had black dirt , linens were not clean and had black and brown spots . They have glass water bottles which they fill with “ mineral” water and seal it . Charge for any extra water . Breakfast bakery items were terrible with no taste . Servers barely came and asked how were things . Not happy with visit , not recommending!
