The hotel was average; What I liked - Staff was supportive and polite - Free Car/Two wheeler parking - Night Security for parked vehicles - Food was decent What I didn't like -I had to wait like an hour to get the room cleaned before my check-in, it was supposed to be ready by the time I reach - Jetspray in the bathroom was barely working as well as the tap of the washbasin -The room had no view at all -Price I paid was more than what I got

I have been to this place 4 years back and since then the condition has deteriorated. Rooms are not painted well, sheets have that old look, towels are worn out. For the price we were able to get a decent deal, but we had booked an extra room for which hotel staff did not take any initiative to get us a refund. Will call it a decent place to stay near by Anjuna beach.

I wish to give zero stars. Elevator not working , door lock not working, no tea bags, no sugar in the room. Very dirty rooms. We have booked this hotel for 3 nights but we ran away in a day leaving behind paid reservation of three nights. Its a nightmare to stay here.

Nice place, comfy room and welcoming staff. The sky bar and pool area could be tidier which would make the place nicer overall. Good location

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. Our first room was large, but quite mouldy and the air con did not work. They quickly moved us to a smaller but newer room and we were quite happy. However, the pictures are very old I think. The toilet was not working properly - the aircon was struggling very hard but the hall was more cool than our room ever was. The room was never cleaned during our three days and we asked for everything - toilet paper, towels, water. The service was quite slow and the phone did not work. The fridge was really loud - but cool. Internet could not really be used. Breakfast was limited but good and safe. The pool was a bit dirty and the area around it a bit shabby. Our bill was also wrong in the end. Some shops and a very good restaurant in the area. I think the hotels needs some freshening up. The girl in the reception was nice and helpful.

It was great room service and hospitality was great just one thing the pool area at riof top was awesme they just need to put some music area there too

loved my stay in the hotel, Kids enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. Food was gud , especially Breakfast

Have a bad experience. Airport is too far..bad smell is coming in the room..pool water is not good..

very poor service, got the room an hour later...had to wauit too much...room, phone wasnt working, shower head was loose and no water at times..would never visit again! horrible...
