We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the restaurant was very good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
However, there was one serious issue during our stay. The hotel accidentally issued our room key to another guest, who entered our room unexpectedly. Fortunately, nothing was lost and the staff apologised after the incident.
While we appreciated the service, this was a significant security concern and I hope the hotel reviews its key card procedures to prevent it happening again.
Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff, but room security management needs improvement.
