Accessibility to the property is that great. But overall friendly staff and great place to stay comfortably with family.

Slow in responses, housekeeping did not clean the room even after requesting.

The hotel’s exterior ambience is impressive, but the room interiors fall short of 5-star standards. Significant improvement is needed.

It’s a bit interior from the main road and the roads leading to the hotel aren’t very clean. The hotel decor is nice but overall it shows signs of ageing.

Staffs at this property lacks basic decency and courtesy..in the name of hospitality they are rude and arrogant

The Management were very pedantic unlike the Management at Radisson Blue in Chennai who were very flexible with the Terms and Conditions in granting a refund due to my cancellation owing to family illness. Radisson Hyderabad would not grant a refund. Attitude and Customer Service is paramount at high end hotels.
