The elevator was not working for going to the roof bar

We stayed at the hotel during an event that created a traffic and crowd nightmare. The hotel staff were more than helpful with accommodating parking and retrieving our luggage.

Our stay was so pleasant. The staff is AMAZING and actually care about their guests!! I would 100% recommend to anyone. They had complimentary breakfast in the mornings and the rooms were very clean and nice. 10/10 experience.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are nice but dark. Our room didn't have much natural light and even with the lights on it was dark. Breakfast is good but a light breakfast. We enjoyed our stay that was right across the street from Straub Park and the Pier. Lots of walking, shopping and dining!! Really enjoyed St Pete.

Always a great place to stay. This was our second stay. Centrally located to most of the museums. Within walking distance to the pier. Freight day and helpful staff.

Enjoyed our staff. Planning a visit back soon.
