The lobby has been nicely renovated and creates a great first impression. The breakfast was good, the arcade was a fun bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The pool and hot tub were decent, but the fitness center was small and felt dated. The guest rooms also showed their age, with popcorn ceilings, rust in the bathroom, and a rusted patio screen door.
One downside was the noise. Parties took place on the side of the hotel on two of the three nights we stayed. After we called the front desk, security responded and broke them up, which we appreciated. Also, the neighboring property is a nightclub.
Overall, the service and amenities like breakfast and the arcade were positives, but the aging rooms and nighttime noise affected our experience.
