We had a good stay there in our suite overall. I love that parking is not an issue. I think some of the cleaning staff could be a bit nicer, more professional. Front desk staff were nice and helpful in answering questions. The carpet in our suite needs deep cleaning, I also didn't like that I could only use the tv for local channels, couldn't use Netflix or you tube for our entire stay. If you go there, make sure you bring your laptop/Ipad if you wanna watch things on you tube/Netflix etc., Thank Goodness we brought ours. Overall, I think it's a great place if you want to go to American dream mall/stadium cause it's like 5-6mns drive.

My family and I visited this hotel for a two-night stay at the beginning of the FIFA games. The hotel is directly across from The Meadowlands. I purposely booked a room with a bathtub so I could bathe my 6 and 3-year-old. Although there was a bathtub, no stopper was available even after asking for one, therefore there was no way to keep the water in the bath. We resorted to using the ice tub lid (use caution when getting ice in the future). Additionally, satellite tv was all that was available; no smart tv to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, etc. The breakfast was ample but the quality was mediocre. Thecstaff members were nice but generally unhelpful. I'm sad to say that Hampton Inn is now on our "no-stay" list for travel.

Very convenient location.....right off Jersey Tpk. I think the place needs a bit of freshening up.....hallways need more thorough vaccum, and th two fyies and mosquito in our room were unwelcome. Staff could not have been nore welcoming and accomodating.

Elevators are a problem also there is a strong sewer smell from the 2nd floor laundry room. Room is ok & clean

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was much better than other hotels. Room was quite good but our faucets were wobbling in the bathroom.
