Sea view and breakfast really nice!

Great hotel with two swimming pools and breakfast buffet and dinner. We were “level” guests and therefore enjoyed a free lounge access as well!

Lovely clean and fresh ocean-view suite, with very friendly staff in all areas. No problem getting a sunbed either. Would definitely go back — go and enjoy!

Friendly staff, and a beautiful spot.

Not for people who don't mind walking up hill or lots of stairs. Terrece room have the entertainment above until 11pm... felt like the bands were in my room. Also housekeeping store opposite our room, so early morning noise and chatter. We went for a quiet break, but didn't get it.

Clean room. Rituals products in bathroom. Room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Great ocean view. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool side menu limited food options.

Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades

The hotel was immaculately clean and staff were wonderful, our room was very spacious and comfortable with a great seaview
