Great place to lay your head after a game at Kauffman or Arrowhead. Nearby, for a quick uber. Decent breakfast. They have a guy on a screen on a kiosk to help check people in, which is kind of funny to be around, but moves things along.

First floor everything was wet because the humidity they help us giving us a mop so we can try to keep the floor dry Besides that everything good

Wifi never worked, you can barely see staff in the hotel, if you missed cleaning room at 10 am, they are not making another round to clean. So if you want your room to be clean make sure leaving before 9 am.

Virtual Kiosk Check in is so slow, I got there at 8:00pm and no one but the kiosk. What cheap is this chain hotel that do not want to pay for staff to be present at the front desk

Demasiada mala atención duramos cerca de dos horas para entrar muy mal servicio nada recomendable y el desayuno que dan muy regular en verdad no vale la pena pagar ese dinero
