The location is reasonably convenient, and it was a cheap option for late booking for a 2-night stay on a busy weekend. The property and rooms are pretty old - they do not look as new as the nice photos you see here. If you have a room on the street side, you will have quite a lot of road noise and light at night so bring earplugs and an eye mask. If you arrive mid-afternoon outside of the hours that the reception is staffed then you will receive an email with the security code to retrieve your key, but you will not receive WIFI password details and the information is not provided in the check-in details or on the in-room information sheet. So, if you desire WIFI access, you will need to be around when they are. Also, if you are planning to leave your bags at the property on your last day... you will need to make sure you are back by early afternoon before reception closes to access your bags.

Staff a very friendly at check in on arrival. Wi-Fi is not up to standard. Some of us stay there for work and do need Wi-Fi to do work. Don't leave food out of the fridge found some baby cockroaches in my room last time I stayed there. I do like the hotel just need little more upgrade on Wi-fi.

Room was clean and comfortable. There only complaint I have is about the horrible over stuffed pillows. I could not sleep on them. There was no choice of pillows.

Had all the basics..looks outdated but clean.

The spa bath was good but mist other things weren't great. On cecking tensils first breakfast, was really under equipped, not even the basics. Got them delivered but after breakfast the next day. Should have been there to start.

there was no wi fi in the room thus I had to come at reception during the day and at night I had to come sit outside reception thus very inconvenient, for that I give an overall score of 2/5; hope this improves next time am here

Good fora couple of days

No working tv, noisy air con and no way to turn it off. Cockroaches galore. Shower was great and it was spacious. Also lots of kitchen facilities. Needs a bug clean up and update in pretty much everything. Don’t like not having human contact on arrival.
